Cutting & Splitting
Cut raw bamboo into strips or panels according to product specifications. Remove outer slubs and defects, preparing the bamboo for further processing.
Carbonization / Boiling
Treat bamboo strips via carbonization or boiling to improve color uniformity, remove starch, and enhance durability. This step also reduces the natural odor of bamboo.
Drying
Dry the treated bamboo using high-temperature ventilation or kilns. Maintain strict humidity control to prevent warping and ensure optimal bonding in later stages.
Lamination & Pressing
Apply eco-friendly glue evenly on bamboo strips. Assemble and hot-press the strips into plywood or semi-finished products under controlled temperature and pressure for maximum strength and stability.
Machining & Shaping
Cut, drill, or machine semi-finished bamboo panels in to required shapes using CNC routers and specialized machines. Precision processing ensures consistent product dimensions and fit.
Sanding & Finishing
Polish bamboo surfaces to remove burrs and fiber roughness. Perform both machine and manual sanding for smooth, defect-free finishes. Optionally, apply coatings or surface treatments.
Quality Inspection
Perform multi-stage QC inspections to detect defects early. Check dimensions, structural integrity, surface finish, and assembly quality. Rework or discard any substandard items.
Packaging
Products are packed by size and fragility-using bags, cartons, or pallets with protection to ensure safe, eco-friendly delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
Load finished bamboo products into containers and choose shipping method: sea, air, express, or rail. Ensure timely delivery to over 15+ countries while maintaining quality.
